This project is a visualisation of the sunset times in Mumbles across the year 2022. 

 

The video shows 365 images, each one reflecting 5 times of the day.  I used these colours to then create some screen prints of a sunset to reflect how each one is different but still beautiful. 

 

I named this project "Cam Ceiliog" after the Welsh saying, which states that in December after the shortest day the days slowly start getting longer and longer again. This was reflected in the letter press prints created with short extracts describing what Cam Ceiliog is.
